Hello therapy is the use of sunlight in treatment of diseases. It has been known in india for thousand of years our ancestors realised that each colour had an independent vibration which affects our mind and body. They found that colours activate human glands and bodily function. Ultraviolet, violet, indigo and blue colors of the solar spectrum are associated with purity and divinity. Infrared, red, orange, and yellow have thermal aspect green is natural.

A tharva veda described sunrays therapy in a very elaborate way. Sun rays are comfortable for the human body.

“Sun rays , particularly morning time sunrays have an amrita like effect and destroys many diseases.

COLOUR THERAPY

Colours play a great role in our daily life. Colour are present every where in the form of rays and radiations. The seven colours fo solar spectrum were known to Indian from times immemorial. The seven horses of lord sun’s chariot, the haritas, represent seven colours of solar spectrum. Sun is some times seven rays are the prime cause behind the rains falling on the mother earth.

WATER THERAPY
